An exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our Southwell office on a full time basis.
You will be supporting and assisting the Solicitors within the department, which will involve carrying out a range of instructions that will encompass aspects of administration coupled with file management.
The suitable candidate would have experience in carryout the following tasks; preparation of sales packs, prepare & submit SDLT, land registration forms and dealing with exchange of contracts and completion.
The Southwell office offers a pleasant and friendly working environment in the heart of the historic town centre.
