Full Job Description

As our Total Reward Administrator you will play a key role in providing support to the reward team providing first line advice for a variety of reward, pension, benefit, recognition and wellbeing queries as well as managing administrative and transactional processes., + Provide admin support and processing for a variety of AA benefits, helping with the reporting and day-to-day administration of the benefits, pensions and recognition platforms.
+ Monitor the reward, pension and wellbeing inboxes / phonelines and provide first level support, responding to general queries from managers and employees, signposting them to the appropriate policies and procedures.
+ Process invoices and generate Purchase Order numbers for key suppliers through the AA's purchasing system.
+ Track all costs across the Reward and pensions team including invoices, cross charges and budgeting.
+ Manage the processing of monthly files for a variety of AA benefits, liaising with external benefits suppliers internal teams and the payroll team as appropriate.
+ Draft pension and benefits communications for publication on the Hub, Pension Website and Benefits platform.
+ Help arrange DC pension scheme member events and committee meetings
+ Support the Healthcare Trustee Board by arranging meetings, creating meeting packs and minuting meetings.
+ Assist the Reward and Pensions team with ad-hoc projects as required.

+ Experience working with HR and purchasing systems, ideally SAP and Ariba.
+ Great organisation capabilities with the ability to prioritise effectively
+ Ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels within the organisation keeping individuals updated with necessary information
+ Able to deliver great customer service to our employees
+ Proven track record of working as part of a wider team and confident working with colleagues at all levels across the business.
+ Driven to understand ways of working and will try to identify ways to improve processes.
