Test Engineer

Work closely with the UltraTEV development team to improve the quality of EA Technology products by testing embedded devices and software services.,

• Develop testing strategies and implement quality assurance best practices


• Develop and conduct comprehensive test plans and strategies for both web software and embedded devices


• Collaborate with development teams to understand project specifications and requirements, ensuring thorough test coverage


• Continuously evaluate testing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness

You will be working closely with a great group of people with many years' industry experience who are supportive, collaborative and very inclusive.,
• Previous experience in a testing role


• Good communication skills including contributing to meetings, presentations and written communication


• Confident in assembling and configuring different hardware devices such as signal generators, oscilloscopes as part of test setups


• Experience of taking project requirements and specifying a test plan and strategy


• Understanding of general testing principles, such as generating test plans and writing test reports.


• Familiarity with hardware components and test tools, such as oscilloscopes. Familiarity with web technologies and protocols, such as HTTP, HTML, JavaScript and web APIs.


• Degree or equivalent in STEM subject advantageous

• £45,000 - £50,000 p.a. DOE


• Company performance bonus
