Full Job Description

As a Support Worker at Cranmead, you will be a vital member of our team, providing support and working collaboratively with colleagues and partners to keep our young people safe and get the best results for them. We will support you through an induction process and offer bespoke, focused training to ensure your success in this role. In addition, you will have the opportunity for career progression and ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge., Cranmead Ltd is committed to safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults. All post holders are subject to appropriate vetting procedures and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced check.

  • Full-time, part-time, bank and flexible positions are available, plus overtime, night shifts and sleep ins.
