What you'll be doing: As Strategic Relationship Manager, you'll manage a panel of strategic broker accounts and ensure business alignment between the customer, strategic partner and AXA Commercial's strategy. You'll ensure delivery of strategic plans though initiatives such as new deals and broker campaigns. You'll lead a programme of trading activities including new business pipeline, renewal retention, large renewal strategy, profit review and action planning. Share knowledge of your broker panel with internal colleagues, allowing a joined up, consistent approach.
