Sterile Services Assistant

The postholder will be a key member of the Logistics Team with responsibility for the receipt and distribution of Sterile Surgical Instrumentation and the collection and dispatch of used/soiled Surgical Instrumentation to and from all areas of Trust., As part of a busy, unified, logistics function, the postholder will be responsible for the movement of sterile equipment within the Trust. There are a number of associate tasks, including ensuring that all instrumentation movement is recorded and scanned using the IT and inventory management systems. The postholder will need to help with ensuring that a complete, efficient and auditable stock control system is maintained
