Full Job Description

  • Craft captivating content: Keep everything running smoothly across our corporate social media channels. From X to Instagram and Facebook to LinkedIn, your content will inform, inspire, and engage our communities.

  • Engage and interact: Monitor comments, respond thoughtfully, and uphold our brand reputation. Your warmth and empathy will shine as you engage with our diverse audience.

  • Campaign collaboration: Assist our Campaigns Manager to run integrated marketing campaigns. You'll be setting up paid Google ads, scheduling social media and booking media to help deliver effective, well-run campaigns

  • Digital marketing: Highly experienced in digital marketing you'll write and design content for a variety of digital channels and paid search. You'll optimize performance to maximize value for money.

  • Research and insights: Ground our decisions in data. Your research support will drive evidence-based strategies and tactical decision-making.

  • Team synergy: Collaborate with colleagues across MRX. Together, we create impactful marketing communications.

  • Guidance guru: Share your expertise! Help advise colleagues on social media, digital marketing, and evaluation best practices., The Marketing and Resident Experience (MRX) team leads Kent County Council's communications, marketing and engagement functions, and works with services to help design and improve the resident and user experience.

  • MRX is often at the centre of significant change for the organisation and residents alike. We work to keep residents aware, informed and consulted, and to continuously improve the resident experience.
