SOCIAL CARE - PERSONAL ASSISTANT

My Carers are amazing and they support me in 1000's of different ways. For example, all my personal care, cooking my food, feeding me and reading to me. They take me for walks daily and drive me to my appointments. They give me my medication and talk to me a lot.
