Full Job Description
As the Service Administrator, you will provide administrative, financial and system support our teams across Hertfordshire. This includes day to day duties such as compiling reports, auditing our data systems, supporting recruitment and induction, and acting as the first point of contact for enquires.
The post holder will also be part of the National Administration Team, working to improve best practice nationally and support the central functions of the business including communications, finance, and housing.
- You will have experience of administration duties including general office procedures and maintaining management systems.
- Your skills should include organisation, attentiveness, and effective communication.
- You are willing to be a central part of the team and take the lead on ensuring administrative systems are effective.
- You have excellent IT skills and are willing to train others in the team.
- You employ a mature, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards our stakeholders., If successful in securing an interview we will need to ask you about any unspent convictions as part of our duty of care. A criminal conviction will not necessarily prevent you from being offered a role; the decision will depend on the type of offence and its relevance to the role. All of our roles require a criminal record check.
Emerging Futures works across the country to support people affected by homelessness, addiction, and mental health challenges. Our greatest resource is our people, so we also offer generous annual leave, pension, employee assistance programme and other benefits.
