Full Job Description
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Process sales paperwork and ensure a smooth handover of vehicles to customers.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
Past sales experience is not essential. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required.
