Full Job Description

Growing the revenue opportunity pipeline for the Europe customer base. Responsible for:

  • Researching potential customers, pre-qualifying opportunities and connecting such opportunities with an appropriate member of the Sales Team, where needed.

  • Identifying and following up on inbound leads to better understand customer needs and potential future sales opportunities; Primary communication will be phone, email, and in person when and if required., Research and identify potential customers to develop. Target customer categories and types will be aligned with our existing customer base, maximising opportunity for success.

  • Initiate contact with potential customers through proactive outreach or responding to enquiries with the aim of developing new leads and relationships. Networking to identify decision makers.

  • Help prospects identify the right product for their application needs.

  • Maintain the CRM system accurately with the customer pipeline, from lead to prospect quote.

  • Move qualified leads through the pipeline and connect them with the Sales team.

  • Present the Company's products and capabilities utilising a variety of methods such as phone, email, webinars, conference calls.

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, identifying potential needs and opportunities for revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Team to maximise lead generation and prospect conversion to meet individual and Company goals, ensuring targets are met.

  • Continually develop and update product and application knowledge.

  • Generate regular progress reports as required.

  • Keep abreast of changes to Company Policies and Procedures, AMOT Terms and Conditions, ensuring that the same are adhered to and met.

  • Respond to change positively and productively and handle other tasks and projects as may be required.

    Bi-lingual - English plus a fluent European Language, German (preferred), Spanish or Italian.

  • Understanding of basic technical concepts to support product selection and customer application.

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, independent, and determined to grow revenue.

  • Use own initiative, pitch, open doors and gain contacts.

  • Strong resilience: able to take rejection, knock-backs and move on.

  • Friendly personality with good relationship building skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Research customers using the internet and publications.

  • Use se a variety of communication platforms such as email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Teams.

  • Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra., Degree qualified, or equivalent, preferably in a technical subject.

  • Successful completion of coursework or online training in sales techniques, marketing and communications may be advantageous.
