Reservations Manager

As Reservations Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of the hotel pricing strategy, ensuring maximum revenue, market share and the successful conversion of reservation enquiries from individuals and groups into materialised bookings. You will manage day to day relationships with local corporate bookers and utilise sales opportunities to maximise revenue. You will lead and develop the reservations team, ensure appropriate staffing levels, effective distribution of workload and ensuring that the correct standards of service are maintained.

To be successful in this role we are seeking an experienced reservations manager or an experienced reservations supervisor looking for their first managerial role. The candidate will require strong communication and customer service skills, proficiency in reservation software and systems, ability to manage and motivate a team, and experience in the hospitality industry.

Integral to the role is a candidate with skills to include, strong teamwork, attention to detail, creative, influencing, problem-solving and organisational strength.
