Full Job Description

PLEASE NOTE: The first week will be 37.5 hours, Mon - Fri, 8am - 4pm, so you can be fully trained.

Trust Location: Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust

What you'll be responsible for:

· Primarily manning reception

· Providing administrative support

· Liaising with staff in a cross-functional working manner

· Answering telephone calls

· Booking of appointments

· Upkeep of office areas

· Providing support to senior staff

· Liaising with the public and internal stakeholders

· Creation and sending of letters

· Data collation and analysis

You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

Administrative

Good typing skills
