Project Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role as an project supervisor at eTeknix located in Aylesham, Kent. As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and enhancing productivity. You will work closely with both on-site and remote staff to develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing resources, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for improvement.,

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the team and making sure that tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner while looking for opportunities to improve workflow


• Testing CPU, GPU, storage, networking and other PC related hardware products


• Scripting and writing for both video and written content on PC related hardware products


• Planning the creation of engaging video and written content and coming up with ideas for both short-form and long-form content for the website, YouTube and social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook and X
  
  Strong organizational and leadership skills


• Proven experience in operations management


• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities


• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks


• Experience in process improvement and implementing best practices


• Proficiency in project management software and tools


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines


• High level of PC hardware knowledge, benchmarking and understanding of CPUs, GPUs and the architecture behind them


• Extremely high attention to detail


• Exceptional time management skills


• Fantastic communication skills that can be transferred to speaking to both the internal eTeknix team and external brand partners


• Ability to travel to remote locations including abroad (expenses covered)


• An understanding of web based content including YouTube, websites and social media including TikTok, Facebook and X

Salary - £21,000 - £22,000 per year

Hours - 35 hours per week
