Full Job Description
We are seeking to recruit a full-time Project Accounts Assistant to provide administrative support to the Finance division at Landell Mills., The responsibilities and tasks will include:
- Processing monthly project accounts, reviewing purchase receipts and General Ledger postings, liaising with project staff in various countries
- Resolving queries with internal and external stakeholders
- Processing complex sales invoices in a timely manner
- Liaising with external auditors, resolving queries and rectifying any issues
- Updating project profit and loss spreadsheets, identifying and querying overspends/anomalies with project executives
- Assisting project executives with budgeting
- Supporting the purchase ledger team, processing invoices and raising payments
- Experience of working in a finance team
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative and as a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Experience using NAV is an advantage
- AAT qualified is an advantage

- A full-time contract (36.25 hours per week)
- Salary of between £26-30,000 per annum, subject to experience

In addition to the Division Manager, the division currently comprises a team of four other staff but is expected to increase in the coming months, and you will be expected to liaise and collaborate with all the other technical and cross-cutting divisions at Landell Mills.
