Full Job Description

  • Assisting in the design and development of manufacturing processes for new and existing products

  • Conducting experiments and trials to test theories and improvements

  • Analysing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process optimisation

  • Working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to implement process improvements

  • Maintaining accurate records of development activities and process changes

  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

  • Supporting scale-up operations from laboratory to full production level

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing issues

  • Participating in continuous learning and training in cutting-edge processing technologies

    The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, materials science, or a related technical field, coupled with experience in a manufacturing or process development role. We are looking for individuals who are innovative, detail-oriented, and possess a strong analytical mindset.


  • We are looking for candidates who can manage and prioritise tasks effectively, including being open to flexible scheduling arrangements to support our dynamic business needs.

    Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience in polymer processing or materials development

  • Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in data analysis software

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma techniques
