Full Job Description

Currently we are looking for experienced who are looking to expand their skills in the administration sector. This position starts off as a paid trial position for 2 weeks. During these 2 weeks you will be provided with an action plan with different task you have to complete. This role is very straightforward and simple. It is very important that you have at least 1 year of administration experience & are confident in using computer/laptop. After the 2 weeks trial period we will have a meeting to discuss further whether you'd be suitable for this role & if you are successful you will be offered a part time position.

Your role will include:

  • Being able to use Microsoft Word, Google Doc & Google Spreadsheets.

  • Writing up letters.

  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries, using an email system (e.g. Gmail)

  • Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.

  • Organising and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information on Google Spreadsheets.

  • Maintain filing.

  • Keep diaries and arrange appointments/interviews.

  • Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts.

  • Order and maintain stationery and equipment.
