Full Job Description

We are a manufacturing company, based in Nailsea, Bristol looking for an experienced and organised Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with regular office hours., Processing customers orders and invoices on our ERP system
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails
- Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Strong administration skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Adopt a hands-on approach and assist others when required
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role and be able to work on own initiative
- Professional phone manner and strong communication skills
- Good IT skills and experience in Excel would be an advantage, but not essential, If you are a motivated individual with strong administrative skills, please submit your cv detailing your relevant experience.,
