Nursery Practitioner

Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs

- Observe and monitor children's development, behavior, and progress

- Provide personal care, including feeding, nappy, and assisting with hygiene routines

- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and address any concerns or questions

- Maintain accurate records of each child's daily activities and progress

- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children

- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized nursery environment

Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written

- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices

- Ability to effectively manage a group of children and maintain discipline

- Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire children's learning

- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

- at least a level 2 or 3 in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

- Must have a genuine passion for working with young children
