Mixologist

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders with food orders
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies

Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting
- Knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple drink orders simultaneously
- Excellent hospitality skills to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests
- Proficiency in bartending techniques and knowledge of various drink recipes
- Understanding of food safety procedures and regulations
