Full Job Description

Broomheads Estate Agents are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator for our busy Blackpool Office.

The role would require you to work closely with all members of the team to ensure that Broomheads provide an efficient service relating to general enquires, administration, receiving rental payments and assessing application paperwork for the Lettings Co-Ordinator, whilst maintaining our high customer service levels.

Duties to include:

  • To meet and greet all potential/existing clients in a professional and helpful manner whether in the office, by email or over the telephone

  • To update the database with new property details and produce relevant documentation to submit to landlord and external organisations as required

  • To ensure that any amendments and updates are dealt with in line with internal processes that are in place

  • To update relevant data using spreadsheets to collate figures where required

  • To arrange viewings and valuations as required and update database and diaries with relevant information

  • To process all email enquiries in line with internal procedures in a timely manner and to try and maximise return from them

  • To compile and generate proof required for any advertisements by the required deadline

  • To deal with any payments received in the office and/or over the telephone from tenants, landlords and vendors

  • To ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly tasks set by your manager are done within the required timescales

  • To generate leads for Financial Service products and EPC's wherever possible

  • To undertake training whether internal or external as and when required to improve your personal development within your role

  • To undertake any other duties as appropriate with your competence, as required by your Head of Department from time to time.


  • The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, organised and enthusiastic.

    Days of work: Week 1 Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm alternating with Week 2 Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm with Thursday as day off average hours per week 37.50.
