Lettings Consultant

Letting's Consultant, based in a busy estate agent in Coventry.

The job role will be working in a busy, fast paced office environment.

Duties Include:

- Managing visits to house's which are currently occupied by tenants, reporting all information to landlords

- Must have polite and confident telephone manner as you will be dealing with queries on a day to day basis

- Completing Internet enquiries for houses that are available to let

- Completing light administration for the tenancy/ applicant's

- Dealing with customer's and client's face to face

- Must have full UK driving license and own car to complete management visits

- Book client visits and attend property viewings

- Must be computer literate and have broad knowledge of all Microsoft programmes

- Making daily service calls to customers and landlords alike
