Learning Support Assistant - Level 2 - Whitecrest Primary School

Whitecrest Primary school is a GOOD school with a hard-working, committed team. Our pupils are enthusiastic about their learning and aspire to the highest of standards. We are looking to appoint a Level 2 learning support assistant to support teaching and learning in our great school.

The successful candidate will support the class-teacher to deliver the curriculum. The role will involve working with and delivering interventions both to small groups and individual children.

We are looking for a person who has:

• A caring, patient and understanding approach to working with children


• Has experience of working in an educational establishment with children who have a wide range of abilities.


• Can support the teacher to deliver the curriculum, through creating resources, developing the learning environment and supporting children's learning.


• A firm but fair approach to discipline


• Conducts themselves professionally


• Will make a positive contribution to the school
