Full Job Description

Flexible working is considered with full time positions (2 on 4 off rota and sleep ins will be required) and also part time positions available., New Reflexions provides care, education, and therapy services to young people. You will support vulnerable young people with Autism, Learning Disabilities and complex needs, who may need help with day-to-day skills including self-care. We are looking for calm, conscientious and kind team members, who can take care of the daily needs of our young people., Essential

  • Full UK manual driving Licence;

  • Passionate about helping children;

  • Able to get to a rural work location;

  • Able to complete a rota pattern;

  • The post holder has the responsibility to adhere to our Safeguarding and Child Protection Procedure.
