Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team and help with food preparation, cleaning, and other kitchen duties. The successful candidate will be able to work quickly and efficiently while following all safety and sanitation regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a kitchen setting, be able to take direction well, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Working along side our experienced Head Chef Daniel Peate you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your culinary skills with the potential of progressing to more senior role.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and surfaces.


• Assist in the preparation of meals.


• Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed.


• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.


• Organise and store food items according to safety guidelines.


• Assist with the unloading of food deliveries.


• Stock and replenish kitchen supplies.
