IFA Administrator

My client offers unbiased advice, and understands clients needs and solutions. Located in the heart of Cheltenham, you would be working in collaboration with Financial Advisors to assist Paraplanners and Advisers with administration tasks. Due to growth, they are now seeking a Financial Administrator to join the team., What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Financial Advisor?

• Maintain good working relationships in delivering financial advisr and services


• Collate and present financial information


• Set smart goals and deliver agreed targets


• Deal with queries efficiently from clients


• First point of contact in answering telephone calls


• General administration duties (scanning, greeting visitors, recording client information


• Obtain information and quotes for Paralanners and Advisors


• Prepare suitability of letters and reports

• Ideally come from a Financial Services background


• Working towards financial qualifications from R01-R06


• Greatly articulated


• Understanding of the Financial Planning services
