Full Job Description

to day activities to ensure the smooth running of your room

·
Support the development
of good practice with regards to special needs and inclusion.

·
Implement and support
others in delivering, the EYFS in line with current practice and guidelines.

·
To ensure effective
staff deployment in your designated room to support staff deployment across the
nursery

·
In conjunction with the
senior management team identify and address
individual training needs of playroom staff.

·
Provide leadership and support to room staff to enable them to establish and maintain
positive working relationships.

·
Ensure the effective
implementation of the Key Worker procedures and allocate children to key workers appropriately.

We are looking to welcome additional Room Leaders who are Level 3 qualified, including qualified practitioners who are ready for their next step on their early years career path. A typical day in the role will include the following responsibilities

We are excited to announce that we have been invited to bring our expertise and touch of magic to a brand-new setting to provide high quality affordable childcare at RAF Honington. The nursery is due to open in June and we are looking for experienced Room Leaders to join us on our journey to grow the nursery into a thriving and stimulating environment for our children and employees.

Our new nursery is one of 15 settings in the RAFAKidz family. Initially we will have circa 20 employees and places for 80 children. You will be supported by our wider management team including a newly appointed Nursery Manager and an Operations Manager.
