Full Job Description

  • Lead the development of our global sales skills training agenda for front line teams; working in partnership with market teams, Finance and Learning & Development to embed compelling, action-orientated skills training to drive performance and productivity of our client-facing colleagues

  • Design and embed appropriate scorecard approaches and incentive frameworks across the key coverage populations (Relationship Managers, Investment Counsellors, Product Specialists etc) to ensure focus on key client, financial and non-financial priorities

  • Support our overall Global Private Bank Reward & Recognition strategy, in partnership with HR and market teams, to drive a culture of recognition, deal success sharing, best practice, and continuous improvement

  • Lead specific global Sales Effectiveness activities and initiatives across GPB to enable superior sales performance and customer outcomes

  • Support Global Head of Sales Effectiveness with key GPB governance forums, colleague engagement activities, strategy formulation and presentation materials for external and internal meetings ensuring highest quality of content is maintained and meetings continue to deliver effective decision-making

    In this role, you will be critical in supporting our global Sales Effectiveness efforts in driving sales and growth initiatives for the private bank, including a particular focus on client skills training, reward, recognition and incentives. This is an ideal role for someone who has extensive experience within Private Banking & Wealth, with a good understanding of client facing functions, and looking for an opportunity to continuously incentivise and upskill our regulated front office teams., A strong understanding of HR, reward, recognition and Learning & Development strategies within financial services in a high-performance context - essential

  • Experience within a Private Banking or Wealth remit is essential, and additional experience of client facing coverage is desirable

  • Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills, able to effectively articulate clear story-telling in PowerPoint for senior audiences and possess strong financial and analytical skills - essential

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills - essential

  • Have highly strategic and commercial acumen and strong passion for driving developing talent and business performance
