Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised General Administration Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and supporting various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

· Answer customer queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.

· Process customer orders efficiently using our order and inventory management system - Storefeeder.

· Utilise Microsoft services for various administration duties, including data entry and document management.

· Handle customer refund requests with accuracy and efficiency.

· Assist in order operations such as consignment entry and tracking queries.

· Collaborate with team members to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Communicating with customers while adhering to strict data protection standards - on the job training provided.

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for document management and collaboration.

· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

· Previous customer service or administrative experience is advantageous., Customer service or administrative experience: 1 year (preferred not essential)

Work Location: In person - Saxilby Enterprise Park (LN1 2LR)
