Full Job Description

  • Assemble BladeRoom components safely in a fast-paced factory environment to the required specification.

  • Install the BladeRoom component on site to the required standard and in a professional and safe manner.

  • Able to understand basic production drawings, product specific changes and adhere to written procedures and method statements.

  • Ensure that all products are built to the highest standard of quality.

  • Maintain a high level of H&S ensuring that safety procedures that have been put in place by the management are adhered to.

  • Understand the Companys QA processes and why the bar for quality is set so high.

  • Work within a team to maximise productivity and efficiency.

  • Maintain very high levels of cleanliness and carry out housekeeping duties when required.

  • Be trained in a variety of processes and be willing to undertake a cross section of assembly operations.

  • To be vigilant and flag up any problems or concerns relating to quality or health and safety to management.

    Safety focused with due regard to personal and co-worker safety and company H&S procedures. Ideally a CSCS card and IPAF.

  • Focused on achieving high standards in everything they do.

  • Approachable.

  • Quality focused.

  • Self-motivated.

  • Prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand.

    • Essential Technical Expertise (training could be provided):
  • CSCS card (labourers card as a minimum).

  • IPAF

  • Competent using hand tools.

  • Be competent using power/battery operated tools including drills.

  • Ideally have FLT training Counterbalance / Combi Lift

    07:30-16:30

  • Including 30-minute lunch and a morning and afternoon 15min break.
