Full Job Description

Here at settle we are looking for an Estates labourer to join the team to ensure that our estates are kept cleanly and safe ensuring our customers and colleagues have a healthy environment to live in. Working both in a team and independently you will deliver a proactive and responsive service to our customers and their homes.

Requirements

Outline of Key Responsibilities...

  • Assist in Cleaning, Grounds-maintenance and bulk waste removal service to our customers

  • Assist in clearance of land, houses and gardens where required

  • Removal of bulk waste will include assisting finding the culprit so that re-charging can be considered

  • Work with our customers to ensure estate matters are reported

  • Ensure our estates are kept in a presentable and safe manner

  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a brilliant service is offered

  • Assist in up-cycling and giving-back days

    Experience of labouring in estates

  • Experience in grounds maintenance tool use

  • Experience of cleaning

  • Experience in Health & Safety at work

  • Capacity to work as part of a team

  • Be able to identify risks and hazards and carry out emergency planning

  • Be a good communicator
