Full Job Description

Electronic Gaming Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that customers receive a quality Electronic Gaming experience through leading by example and having a visible presence on the gaming floor.

Advocates of the Company vision and values, Electronic Gaming Supervisors are also accountable for the development of the Electronic Gaming team through coaching and supervision of the operational activity and compliance requirements of the department. Aspers Electronic Gaming Supervisors will be, This role functions in a business that operates evenings and weekends, and as such full flexibility is required. The role will be expected to be available to work for any requirements within Aspers & this will mean evening & weekend obligations outside of 'normal' working hours

  • Previous supervisory experience

  • Commercially astute

  • Clear, concise and positive communication skills

  • Excellent grasp of guest service standards

  • Ability to display leadership skills

  • Excellent timekeeping and absence records

  • Good IT skills

  • Maintain Electronic Gaming department efficiency, integrity, and consistency

  • Demonstrable ability to make decisions and resolve queries in a timely and customer focused manner


  • Desirable
  • Exposure to working in an Electronic Gaming environment would be advantageous

  • A minimum of 1 years demonstrable supervisory practice
