Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring individual to join this warm and welcoming school in North Warwickshire. We are seeking to appoint a person who will support the team in developing our strong vision and the the development of our Christian distinctiveness. We are therefore looking for an inclusion support assistant who will actively support and promote our ethos in every aspect of school life. This is an exciting opportunity for a inclusion support assistant to join a friendly, hard working team.

This new post will allow the successful candidate the opportunity to contribute creatively to the further development of our school.

    We are seeking to appoint a Inclusion Support Assistant to work 1:1 in EYFS. A level 3 qualification desirable as well as experience of supporting SEND pupils. Hours of work to be decided but will be term time only.


  • We require someone who:
  • Has experience of working with children with learning difficulties or children who require additional support for learning.

  • Has the relevant skills and strategies to ensure support can be implemented to meet identified needs.

  • Have experience of working with children with Autism and with identified speech needs.

  • Have good behaviour management strategies.

  • Is flexible and well organised.

  • Has good interpersonal skills and is able to communicate well.
