Full Job Description

To help us to meet these challenges we have an opportunity for a Document Controller working at Dinorwig Power Station to join our project team. Reporting to the Project Quality Lead, the role will provide an effective document control service and carry out a range of administrative duties to support the smooth running of the project, including the following:-

  • Support the Project Team with close out of Main Inlet Valve Units 1 and 2 including coordinating the review, approval and handover of all as built documentation;

  • Support the Project Team with the establishment and coordination of the Document Control Process for the Machine Hall Crane Replacement Project;

  • Coordination of the document control process through the lifecycle of Main Inlet Valve Units 3-6 Project;

  • Support the Project Team(s) with general administrative and support tasks such as coordination of site visits and inductions, compilation of reports and minute taking as outlined within the job profile.

    You will be proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite, including Office and Project and have experience of using a electronic document management system.


  • Have strong organisational skills, be methodical and accurate as well as able to take the initiative when required, diplomatic and with attention to detail.

  • Be able to challenge teams and individuals on issues relating to the standard, organisation, and timeliness of project documentation.
