Hours: 35 hours per weekShift Pattern: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am - 5.00pm, 7 hours per dayWe are currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor (Repairs) to join our team here at Housing 21.Within the role you will provide an effective, efficient and responsive customer service to tenants and staff in Oldham PFI. The successful candidate will be receiving and dealing with repair reports and carrying out associated tasks in delivering a high quality repairs service.Curious to know more? (desirable)Experience using repairs reporting software (eg.
