• On-site parking, We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Agent to join our team on a 3 week rolling shift pattern covering evenings and weekends.


Main Purpose:

The Service Control Operators are the first point of contact for our customers; it is a vital role to ensure that our customers feel supported. The primary objective is to answer incoming customer phone calls and accurately record issues or requests.
