Full Job Description

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Onboarding Administrator join our vibrant team at our Yeovil office.

With a wealth of experience and a stellar reputation in the field, our team comprises professionals ranging from newly qualified individuals to those with over 50 years of expertise, supported by highly skilled staff members.

We are seeking an individual who can assist with the onboarding of new clients, including the collection of ID documents and the opening and closing of files.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls and emails from clients relating to initial quotes and enquires and acting as first point of contact for clients

  • Allocating tasks within the team

  • Providing basic advice to clients

  • Completing administrative duties as required

  • Proficient in administrative tasks

  • Highly skilled in computer usage with strong confidence

  • Confident face to face and telephone communication

  • Capable of following processes and instructions diligently

  • Demonstrates eagerness to learn and develop

  • Ideally suited for individuals aspiring to pursue the solicitor apprenticeship route in the future

  • Previous experience is not required; however, any level of understanding of property laws would be advantageous.
