Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Business Development Admin come Personal Assistant for a Neurodiverse adult . This unique role requires a blend of business development expertise and personal assistance skills, along with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism and their families.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our presence and impact, including outreach initiatives, marketing campaigns, and community engagement events.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, research developments, and best practices.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Personal assistance for activities linked with the Neurodiverse adult
- Assist with project management tasks, including organizing and prioritizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and preparing reports and presentations.
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of senior management, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and conferences, including venue selection, catering arrangements, and audiovisual setup.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, psychology, special education, or a related field. - Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare, education, or nonprofit sector.
- Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and familiarity with best practices in autism support and intervention.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals with autism and their families.
