Overview: We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the food production and kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals to our customers. This is a leadership role that requires strong team management skills and a passion for creating delicious dishes. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise all aspects of food preparation and production - Create and develop innovative menus that cater to different tastes and dietary requirements - Ensure that all meals are prepared and presented according to established recipes and quality standards - Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed - Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food safety, and hygiene practices - Oversee the maintenance
