What will you be doing?

• Assist bartenders in preparing drinks, garnishes, and ingredients.


• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including bar tops, sinks, and storage areas.


• Communicate effectively with bartenders to fulfil their needs promptly.


• Be knowledgeable about our menu items and able to answer guest inquiries.
  
  Prior barback or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.


• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanour.


• Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• A team player with excellent communication skills.


• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and service is a plus.


• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  
  Graduate Cambridge is a boutique hotel inspired by the prestigious University of Cambridge and its surrounding town. Our offering focusses on seasonal, East Anglican produce cooked over open flames and our team is led by Exec Chef, Chris Mouyassi. The kitchen brigade also services our bustling Garden Bar and deliver restaurant quality banqueting food to our events guests.
