Assistant General Manager

We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading the team and growing the business.

You will be enthusiastic, hands-on and maintain our excellent reputation by leading from the front, be highly organised and have proven understanding of operational standards, processes and systems along with being the face of customer service.

As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the management team to ensure the highest standards of service is maintained, having a true understanding of team development by motivating and inspiring.

You will be comfortable turning your hand to any area needed with previous pub, restaurant or hotel experience and also have managed a busy restaurant, kitchen and team.
