2x Landlord Services Officers

The Landlord Services Officer provides a housing management service to Bolton at Home's leased portfolio, Rent to Buy portfolio, out of borough housing stock and the private sector market rent market (R-Haus). The role is important to maximise income for Bolton at Home.

Outcomes:

• Contribute to the growth of the leased management portfolio by ensuring customers sustain their tenancies through effective tenancy management within Bolton at Home's lease management stock.


• Maximise rental income for Bolton at Home through effective void management, maximising allocations and effective management of the full tenant cycle.


• Achieve compliance for properties in line with all legislative requirements such as Health and Safety, Tenancy Management Regulations and Building Regulations.
